We view founders often fail to establish true success without having a strong technical co-founder. Co-founders may not always be those who were present from day 1, but whose arrival reinvented the opportunity providing that spark or pathway to ultimately success, while serving as a significant sounding board and advisor to the founder(s).
To to state simply we look to the "team" not just the individual in order to determine the likelihood for success. Then, when PHIG has been called upon to help guide strategic structured financing we step in like the 12th Man to help give the team a boost!
